What is your process?

We start by first removing the wildlife on your property, and cleaning up any damage. From there we’ll work with you to create a customized prevention plan so you won’t have the same issue again.

What do you do with trapped wildlife?

Our goal is to remove any wildlife as humanely as possible — often that means catching and releasing the animal.

How do you prevent the animals from returning?

Trutech technicians will trap and remove animals that do not belong in your home. Once the animal is removed, the technician will perform an inspection to determine the point of entry and identify other potential points of entry, recommending the best method to prevent unwanted lodgers. In many cases, exclusion is required to prevent animals from re-entering a residence. In addition, the entries that one animal makes can be expanded upon and used by other animals that were not previously there. It is important to eliminate these entries with reliable construction techniques. Trutech technicians take great pride in their exclusion work. They make sure that entryways are completely covered and inaccessible to unwanted guests. In addition, Trutech technicians see to it that exclusions are as cosmetic as possible, tailoring shapes and colors of construction materials to match your home. We believe that the only thing that should be visible is your beautiful, pest-free home.

Do you provide exclusion services?

Yes. Our services may include sealing your home to help prevent wildlife from entering through gaps in the eaves, siding, chimney, vents or other exposed areas. Your expert technicians will inspect the home and provide a recommendation and estimate based on your needs.

Do you remove domestic animals such as cats and dogs?

No. We do not provide assistance for stray cats, dogs or other domestic animals. Please contact your local or county animal control service or shelter.

Do you provide service for termites?

No. We will refer you to a termite professional in your area.

What makes Trutech technicians different from other wildlife removal technicians?

Trutech^® does not hire subcontractors for animal removal services. We employ expert technicians who are provided ongoing education and training in all aspects of animal control and removal. Many of our technicians hold degrees in Wildlife Biology, Entomology (insects), Ornithology (birds) or Herpetology (reptiles), some with Masters degrees in their specialty field.

How much does it cost?

We provide customized solutions to each individual customer so that we may solve the issue as quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively as possible. An estimate may change based on the amount of animal activity or work needed to be done. All estimates are finalized with an exact price before any work begins.
