I had rats chewing through garage door. Parker was very responsive to our urgency. He was very thorough with his inspection and did a professional job helping with the rodents that were doing damage to our garage door.

I had a horrible infestation of roof rats and squirrels following a poorly installed new roof. After getting multiple estimates we went with TruTech. David, their tech was way more knowledgeable than other companies and his proposed solution, though not the cheapest gave me the most confidence. Their field tech, Trevor called and said he'd start at 8:00 am and at exactly 8:00 am he was ringing my doorbell. Did everything I was promised and they continue to follow up. Totally solved our problem andI have not seen hide nor hair of any varmit since TruTech took over!

Man I wish I had done this sooner! I would hear rats in my attic super early in the morning and it would disturb my sleep. Our dogs would not stop messing with an A/C vent in our kitchen. James came out and identified the problem (rats in our crawl space and A/C vents!!) and sealed the gaps in the crawl space and other potential entry ways around our home. Money well spent for the comfort in knowing the house is sealed from future problems!! For any future issues, big or small we will be using them again.
