What an Exceptional Job
Just wanted let you all know how wonderful Tony and Brock are and what an exceptional job they do taking care of us. We called after having two Diamond Backs in our garage. Tony came out and did a thorough check of the property and house. Educated us on snakes, why they were coming into our garage and advised us on prevention. We have natural areas on two sides of our house and are in a new neighborhood still under construction, so we set up monthly service. Tony always took time to answer all my many questions at each visit. Then Brock became our tech. Again, he too, always takes time to answer all my questions and educate me about critters and pests. We talk about all the wonderful birds that come, as well as the pesky squirrels and other creatures that come around. Brock and Tony are always coming up with new ideas for critter control so we can enjoy our beautiful backyard. Yesterday, when we had a non-venomous snake show up (the first snake in a year!), I called Brock in a panic.
He quickly assured me he could have Tony come get it, as he was out of town. Since it wasn't life threatening, I opted to just have Brock come this morning for additional treatment, due to all the rain we've had. These guys are the best! I have recommended Brock to our HOA, as well as neighbors. We live in a golf course community and have heard of plenty of snakes around. Brock is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. And, I much prefer Trutech's uniforms to Billy the Exterminator/Vexcon.

I would like to recommend the services of Trutech, Inc. I was devastated to learn when the cars in my garage had the tubing under the hoods eaten by rodents! Never had a clue, but thousands of dollars later and all turbo tubing, windshield wiper liquid tubing, etc. replaced, my main goal was to eliminate the "problem", the rodents!
Trutech came to the rescue, and in a very short time the problem was resolved, and ongoing controls and maintenance was included in the package of service.

Knowledgeable & Courteous
For about ten years we had been using another wildlife removal service that is franchised in the State of Georgia, and thought we were satisfied customers.
Our latest encounter with that company caused us to question their competence as well as their business practices. When called about animal damage to wood trim work on the front of our home, they estimated the cost of placed traps in the attic and fixing damage to the wood trim. We gave them the go ahead to place the traps and asked them to schedule the repair work. Their representative came back two weeks later to check the traps and found nothing. About a month later they showed up to do the repair work, but refused to honor the original estimate. At that point I called Trutech.
The Trutech technician immediately came to the house to see what was going on in the attic. He found that the previous company had not used the correct traps or trapping procedures. Coming back each day for a four-day period, the Trutech technician removed a total of three squirrels (a female and two juveniles). He then closed the entry points with screening to prevent re-entry. I was then able to have my handyman complete the repair of the wood trim.
I found Trutech to be knowledgable and courteous, and will use them again in the future.

Honest & Helpful Service
Dear Trutech Inc.,
On Saturday my husband and I were relaxing watching football and to our fright, heard little feet scampering through the attic. Monday morning I blindly started calling for help. The first company that responded, I quickly enlisted to come out and assess the situation. Your Wildlife Biologist, Bryan, was very quick to respond but was beat out by seconds.
The company owner was there that afternoon with his assistant. Entry areas were found, a portion of the roof had been unfinished by the builder, and we were told to replace ALL of our insulation to the tune of $19,000 plus estimate!!!!! What?
I called Bryan from your San Antonio office the next morning for a second opinion. He was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable! Without sharing my earlier experience, Bryan saw the same entry spots, and roof gap, but saw no need to replace the insulation as he noted it was untouched and very little evidence of animal feces. A new estimate of $1265.00!!!
Bryan is a very hard worker, honest and represents your company very well! Usually if you have a problem like this it is rare so the consumer is not very educated as to what to expect. Obviously other companies out there take full advantage of this.
I was very pleased with Bryan and the Trutech services. I will recommend your company to those who are unfortunate to have the need for these services in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with one of your employees in the Gwinnett County area, Tommy. I simply had to tell you what an absolutely brilliant professional and kind employee you have been so lucky to employ.
I have never had to deal with something so disgusting and horrifying as a dead animal in my attic in my entire life. Worse, I had nothing short of a nervous breakdown when he told me the culprits of the stench were rats. I am a suburban housewife; I thought rats only lived in dumpsters and hovels. This was a rude awakening, indeed.
Tommy came to my home only hours after I called him. Not only did he swiftly identify and eliminate the odor source and close the entry points, he took great pains to comfort me making sure I knew every step he was making, as well assuring me that he was going to make my home safe again for my family. I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to sleep at night, but I'm now utterly confident that my home will once again be someplace I love.

Trustworthy Service
Recently we heard scratching in our attic and felt that the visitors were possibly squirrels, opossums, raccoons or rats. I quickly researched wildlife and animal removal companies in the 2009 edition of Home Reports. Your company received very high ratings, so I called yours and three other companies on a Saturday morning. Within an hour I heard from John; no one else returned a call that weekend.
John was so professional and knowledgeable. He asked several important questions about how long we had heard the noises, what they sounded like, when the occurred. He carefully and thoroughly explained the pricing structure and what sort of trapping methods he used. John didn't pressure us in any way. I explained we had a contract with Alexander's and wanted to hear back from them also. We agreed that we'd talk again on Monday.
I spoke with Alexander's; they don't remove larger animals but instead recommended another firm. I couldn't find much information on them, so I called John back. He came out that afternoon.
We climbed up on the roof together and looked at the probable spot where the critters were entering. John carefully pulled some hair from around the openings and explained why this belonged to a raccoon as did the paw prints he found. We climbed down and surveyed the entire house, looking for trees that were close to the structure. He set a trap near one of those and said he would return the following morning to check it until the intruder was caught.
We heard the scratching that night, but the trap was empty in the morning. John then set another trap near another cluster of trees, but that didn't work either.
On the third day he placed the trap on the roof; that night I heard a loud screeching sound and knew we had captured our intruder. John arrived promptly the next morning; we climbed the roof together and found a young female raccoon in the cage.
One concern was whether she had babies. John examined her and carefully explained why he felt she was too young and had not had a litter.
He then sealed the holes and safely removed the raccoon from our property.
Throughout this experience both my wife and I were so impressed with John's patient professionalism. I've told several people at work about how pleased we were with your company and this employee in particular.
The only suggestion I have is that you clone him!!! Seriously, John is a tribute to hard work and talent. You're lucky to have such a professional.

Impressive Customer Service
We currently have used your service in Tampa. While it certainly was not inexpensive, we needed help and your Specialist in the area was described by my wife (who I have nick-named the "War Department") as the most knowledgeable by far. I have never taken the time to contact anyone like this in all of my 48 years but this guy is the real deal. "Gentlemen, just want to let you know, Kevin should be recognized and praised as a winner. He went the extra mile. Actually, I don't think he thought he was doing anything special, but was simply doing what he normally does. These days, when everyone wants to take shortcuts, Kevin's actions are huge. Be Careful Who You Hire
"I made the mistake of hiring another company for my squirrel problem. I was embarrased by the man's appearance having him on my property. Then he hurt himself while he was there and because he didn't have insurance, we had to pay his medical expenses. To top it off, we still had squirrels. Impossible Cat Rescue
"I just wanted to praise your employee in Dallas, Texas. I have been meaning to do this for quite some time, but just haven't gotten around to it. Your technician helped rescue our cat from an almost impossible situation. He worked and worked and worked..... until he got her for us. She had been in the attic for 6 weeks when we finally realized that we needed professional help. He was extremely patient and extremely professional. He went out to our house sometimes 2-3 times a day to see if he had caught her and to ensure that she was safe. We had moved out of the house, so we had no way of ensuring her safety, other than traveling almost an hour daily to check on her.
